Festival, Ekadashi & Peak Season Bookings
Due to extremely high demand during Ashadhi Ekadashi, Kartiki Ekadashi, major festivals, long weekends, and special pilgrimage events:
Non-refundable: All bookings made for these periods are strictly non-refundable.
However, management may consider date adjustments subject to room availability.
Early Departure
If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date:
- The unused room nights are non-refundable.
- No partial refund will be provided.
Booking Modifications
Requests for changes to dates or number of guests are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences. Management reserves the right to approve or decline modification requests.
Refund Processing

Force Majeure

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the management.
- Guest Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
- Room Allocation: The management reserves the right to change room allocation without prior notice if necessary.
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
